Water insulation at the construction foundation will be provided by water proof contributed C25 concrete and bundling foundation.
CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXTERIOR WALLS OF THE BUILDING;
19 cm thick heat insulated bricks, plaster and silicone based paint will be used. Wall colors will be chosen by the builder.
CONSTRUCTION OF THE INTERIOR WALLS OF THE BUILDING;
13.5 cm thick bricks will be used. For sound insulation straphore and plaster board will be used
Interior walls will be painted by sub-water paint over satin plaster.
The purchaser is free to choose the colours among the choices offered by the builder.
On the roof construction, heat and water insulated TSI Standard tiles (TSI: Turkish Standard Instution),water proof tayvek and 5 cm thick blue straphore will be used.
2.WINDOW FRAMES & WINDOWS:
Windows will be double – glazed, light blue color glass and normal glass will be used accordingly to the architectural project.
Window frames will be heat insulated good quality aliminium frames.
3.FLOORS: 45*45 cm size, first class granite tiles ( with colour option) will be used.(Including terraces)
4.INTERIOR STAIRCASE: Steel frame work and polished wodden or marble steps will be used.
5.DOORS:
Front door will be a good quality steel door.
Interior doors will be massive wood.
6.VENTILATION:
Ventilation pipes will be provided for sewage system and kitchen.
7.HOT WATER SYSTEM: Good quality solar panels with electrical resistance will be provided.
8.Ancastre gas and electrical cooker, electrical hot water,extractor, power card system will be provided.
9.Fridge installation, hot water heater and outern lighting armatures will not be connected to power card system.
11.Airconditioning fitting or individual central heating cooling (duck - system) fitting system, clean water system,hot water system,waste water system,tv satelite installation, telephone line installation and general electrical installation will be of good standard quality.
12. The purchaser is free to choose kitchen cupbords from the alternative choices offered by the seller.
The kitchen worktop will be granite or good quality marble and the purchaser is free to choose among the choices offered by the builder.
13.Electrical sockets and keys will be of good standard quality and in accordance with the Project.
14. There will be tv satelite socket,telephone line socket, enough number of electrical sockets in the livingroom and all bedrooms.
15.All vitreous and bathroom/wc accesories will be of good standard quality.
Kitchen ceramics and bathroom tiles can be chosen by the purchaser among the choices offered by the builder.
